Remote Memory Developer Opportunity – AI / Robotics Operations
I’m currently part of a robotics-focused AI data operations program, and the team recently opened additional referral-based hiring for remote Memory Developer positions.
This is a remote contract role focused on helping train AI systems through structured household task demonstrations and detailed instruction-following workflows.

- New Jersey
- Illinois

What the role involves:
- Recording structured household task demonstrations using provided hardware
- Following detailed instructions carefully and consistently
- Reviewing and applying feedback
- Communicating clearly and reliably
- Contributing to AI/robotics training workflows
Examples of tasks may include:
- Folding shirts
- Arranging household items
- Organized object handling tasks
Ideal candidates are:
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable and responsive
- Comfortable with repetitive/process-focused work
- Good at following instructions consistently
- Interested in robotics, AI, operations, QA, or structured workflows
Requirements:
- Stable high-speed internet
- Full household/kitchen setup
- Only one applicant per household/address
- Strong communication and reliability
Compensation:
- Approximately $30/hour of approved data during screening
- Higher rates available for more advanced tasks after screening
- Fast payment processing through Stripe
This is not a traditional software engineering role. The work is process-oriented and heavily focused on consistency, quality, and practical/common-sense execution.
