Came across this site the other day and found some great deals for protein bars and saw this pre.
I believe this is Brian Shaw’s supplement line. Formula looks pretty solid, looking forward to trying it out today. Hope this helps someone out, can’t really beat $10 for a fully dosed pre
Happy Friday yall. Suffering badly from paralysis by analysis. Yesterday was active rest day (60 min stairmaster). Today is push day and tomorrow legs. Sleep wasn’t the greatest last night since my dog was restless throughout the night and needed to be taken outside at 3am which led to me being awake longer than expected.
Planning on running somatomax tonight for some good sleep.
