We really enjoy your product. Please listen to your community. Upgrades are horrible. They take days to recover and lots of token spend to get our agents working again. Please provide a "upgrade-recovery.md" an agent can follow for the issues and solutions for each update. If I'm upgrading from 2026@4.X--2020@5.Y we could run the patches before upgrading to minimize the damage. It's expensive and frustrating to upgrade. Please help us out.
