Pc spec help

I’m about to order and build my new pc I haven’t got a strict budget but I want the best price to performance while balancing future proofing I can’t decide which gpu to get

So far the spec is
Ryzen 7800x3d
32gb ddr5 (which speed is best optimised for cpu?)
2tb pcie 4 nvme
Lian li a3

I can’t decide between 4070 ti/ super /5070 /5070ti

What have your experiences been with each gpu and is there more than a marginal difference in performance I’m going to mainly be playing rust/tarkov/ last of us/ other single players and gta 6 when it comes out so I want to make sure I can run it smoothly at 1440p

My previous build was 5700x and 3070 so it’s not a massive jump but I noticed the last year or so performance was dropping off hence why I’m upgrading if a 5070ti is really worth it in terms of future proofing and performance I’ll go with that but the 40 series prices are pretty nice atm

I got into iren abit late but I’m still up 25% and with the earnings it could go either way I’m wondering what people think of selling off maybe 50% before earnings and see if there’s a dip to re enter
