I know y'all get a lot of RRD posts but I'd like some thoughts before I remove my yellow rose bush. Thank you!

There aren't any markings on the pieces other than patent pending. Thinking these are gold filled. I'm not sure what the stones are, maybe natural sapphires in the brooch and garnet in the bracelet?

I'm new to collecting jewelry and I have a hard time determining if something is Victorian or art deco. Thank you in advance!
