My account was suspended 2.5 months ago, why? No idea. No one will talk to me. I call in twice a week and get told the same thing, "a different team does that and they will email you an update in 2-3 business days" and I never hear anything back.

I can't speak to anyone, no one will answer a question or provide help. This is absurd how bad and ineffective this organization is.
