Everybody gets along and are all inclusive, and respect each and every one who works there. Except…… for my department. I work in transportation as a truck driver and the turnover rate for this position is all over the place. Ive never seen so many people walk in and walk right out. Now the job itself isnt hard, in fact its really easy.

It is the trio ,manager ,safety guy (wanna be manager) and dispatcher.

I feel they really do not care about the drivers there. They talk shit about us all the time. Whenever you call out for real reasons, they punish you with extra work.

My dispatcher told me not to talk to a certain employee because he always calls out and i should talk to so and so instead.

There are a-lot of politics, favoritism, and corruption in just that one small department.

Schedule is supposedly 4:30am- 1pm but its whatever the fuck they give you and who calls out. You can finish at 1pm and they will try to send you back out to drive an hour out for a delivery because they are not organized. They blame their mistakes on the drivers and that just really sucks. Hard work is rewarded with even more workload and thankless at that. And to top it all off, what im writing here would be invalidated if i brought it up to them. They make you feel like YOUR the one with the problem.

They took our bonuses away from us, the raises are literal cents, and all we get is some grilled burgers and hotdogs. Thats it. Theyve bullied one former driver to the point he was literally depressed.

Ive been holding this in for sometime. And i needed to let this out somewhere
