As far as I'm aware the planned title of the sequel to Fire & Blood is Blood & Fire, do we have confirmation that this is different to Septon Barth's Blood & Fire, sometimes called a death of dragons (which potentially the faceless men are in the process of stealing from the citadel)?
I ask because it's odd that they have the same name and are both 'in universe' books, also thematically Fire & Blood II does plan on covering the end of the Targaryen regime and the deaths of the last dragons.
I just wanted to check if this is readily known information, I personally would find it very cool if a key text in the main story ended up being a published work that we could get our hands on.
