Feeling really really burnt out and frustrated.

I have been trying again and again to secure an SEO position (I am a HEO). I have no issue with my personal statement or CV for the most part as I know how to tailor it to answer what they want.

Unfortunately it’s always the interview. I try to answer their question in the best way possible and in the depth required, but I am clearly lacking somewhere as I keep failing out by a mark or two.

I also feel that as being an introvert and not being quirky and funny and straight to the point is pitting against me. I don’t know what else to do and have another two SEO interviews upcoming and I just feel like no matter what I do, I just won’t get it.

Advice?
