My tenants haven't been great. I've put in an N12 (in good faith) and so they're looking for a new place to live. They have asked me to be their reference and I'm wondering what can I legally disclose about them to other landlords ? Can share facts like they have been late in payments 44% of the time in the past 5 years and that they have two N4s on their account ?

I've served my tenants an N12 with the move out date of June 30th. I told them that since they have paid last month's rent, the compensation can apply to May. But they have yet to pay for April. I've issued an N4 for April's rent. My question is: do I still compensate them ? Do I add Mays rent to the L1 for the N4?
