My dream is to create the perfect lower-cal replica of the Ben & jerry's baked alaska, my favourite ice cream of all time. I've perfected my vanilla base, but am wondering if people have figured out a way to create those pockets of marshmellow fluff that the original had? I've seen people add marshmellows, but it isn't the same! Does anyone have experience with this as an add-in? Thanks!
