Career advice, 1 year in

A little over a year ago I accepted an estimator position after working as a journeyman in in the field for 10 years. I negotiated a salary based on the expectations laid out in the interview. For example, I was going to work with a senior estimator for the first 6 months to learn. I apparently was a very fast learner, I began working independently within the first couple of months and completing a 15mil. project and guiding it through the executive review process prior to submittal. My anniversary coincided with bonus time, however I was only granted a 2.5% bonus. My direct supervisor commented that I work really hard and he has no complaints, and two senior estimators commented that I carry more than my share of the weight. I now do everything thing senior estimators are responsible for completing EPC projects, interfacing with clients, representing my company at client meetings. When it came time for annual raises, I was very disappointed to only receive a 2.5% raise. I am at a loss, no reason can be given for the low raise. By my research I am being underpaid by approx 20%. I hate to say it but I believe I need to start over at another company.
