Assalamoalaikum,

I wanted to ask in the 3rd and 4th rakat of Zuhr, Asr and Isha Salah, is it permissable to read a Surah after Tasbihat e Arba'a. A friend of mine suggested doing that. I have read if you want to read a different Surah then you have to recite Surah Fatiha first. Follower of Ayatullah Sistani.
