So i have been on the estradiol 0.075mg 2x weekly patch since Jan end along with progesterone 0.35mg and I felt better sleep, mood, libido. But now this week it feels as though that effect has diminished. My old self is back. Anyone experiencing this? Do I need to ask my provider to up the strength?

Also is this dosage normal or too low in general?
