I know some people have already posted that they received this emergency notification on their cell. I was busy with some work so couldn't discuss this with anyone. But when I received the notification I got surprised suddenly but then I read the text that it was a test.

I think this is needed from time to time to prepare citizens for any emergency situations but also I think it would have been nice if they would have informed about this in advance.
