My son (level 3, non verbal) has gone from tearing off his diaper at night (over and over if we put a new one on) to removing pants, diaper and shirt during the day and being very difficult about putting them on again (takes fresh diaper and clothes off again). This happens in the car and when he is in the garden. Any ideas for what we can do?
