I am working as an SDE at an mnc
This is my current schedule I have been following for 6 months:
- wake up at 7
- office work 7-8 hours
- 1 hour gym
- 1 hour guitar/movie
- 35-40 minutes dinner cooking
- 2 hour self study
Furthermore:
- I maintain clean vegetarian protein diet
- Clean habits
- Phone screen time less than an hour
Looking for a partner to optimize this schedule further
Maybe add 2-3 more things in schedule
And increase the self study time
