I take dexedrine ir 10mg three times daily on my work days, since my days are long. And like clock work toward the end of the day after I take my 3rd dose of dexdrine my face will get super flushed. Ive tried adjusting my dose, mainly lowering especially my 3rd dose which semi helps but definitely not fully. I do have underlying rosacea but typically I dont get much in the way if flares

What do I do? It only happens with my 3rd dose but I do need that coverage for the rest of my day
