I paid $40 to attend a university society networking event, but I wasn’t selected due to their criteria, which is completely fine. They stated that refunds would be processed in the weeks following the event.

It’s now been over 3 weeks since the event and more than a month since I made the payment. I’ve followed up twice via email and haven’t received any response or refund.

It’s honestly frustrating having to chase this up, especially given this is meant to be a “prestigious” society.

Is there anything I can do like contacting Arc?

I just want my money back.
