I’m in CA. I completed my recertification application over the phone during my interview on 3/30/26. On 4/20/26 I received a text saying my application was received. That same day a CF377.4 was sent telling me my monthly amount had changed and this was due to my infant being added to the case and change in income.
I will add that my SAR 7 was due in October, I submitted it on time, kept receiving benefits but didn’t find out until the end of February that it was incomplete and they needed more information. They closed my case because I didn’t get the documents in time on March but reopened April 1st. I cannot see a tracking status for the application on benefitscal. My deposit day has passed for May and I didnt get a deposit. My case is active on benefitscal and on the automated phone system. I called and the automated line told me before May I had a benefit amount for May, now it says none for May but the amount given in the CF 377.4 is pending for June. What is happening??
