Is anyone else having issues with their vacuum? App/server issues?

WA2610, cleaned sensors and just replaced battery today. Unit worked flawless until late last week. Battery was original, so not full life and understood.

Runs from 1-5 minutes then does the error sound, sends a "contact customer service" message and refuses to continue or go to base. No errors, no wifi issues
