We are planning to buy a house around Q1 2027 and are currently exploring different areas and new developments.
How do you usually find information about new builds or upcoming housing developments? What factors did you consider while selecting an area or property?
We are currently following a few instagram pages of some of the developers such as Evara, Glenveah etc.
Also, once you shortlist an area or property, where can you find information about future developments nearby such as schools, hospitals, shopping centres, public transport, or other infrastructure plans?
For context, both of us currently earn around €70k+ each before taxes, and we are planning to buy a 3-bedroom house. We only need to commute to the office twice a week.
