Is MDI Gurgaon really being renamed as IIM Delhi in 2028?
My uncle works in a senior role at the MoF GoI and has heard that IFCI and the MDI board has made a proposal to incorporate MDI Gurgaon under the IIM act after they are done with their infrastructure upgrade in 2027.
This would give legitimacy to a genuinely great business school in the NCR region and allow it to compete better globally.
Anyone else who has heard this/can confirm?
