I put on a bit of weight after an injury. Started intermittent fasting mid January. 18/6 with ~1 gram of protein per pound goal body weigh (170 grams) and moderate excessive. Took about 2 weeks for my body to get on board. Even with that slow ramp I’m at 16 lbs in 16 weeks (that r^2 though 🤤).

Blue is daily weight in lbs and orange is weekly average.
