We have a small house… third bed and second shower room currently accessible from the garden by going around and our back. We have two kids who share. We need more space. Love our street, love our little mortgage, love the area. Had some plans drawn up and designer can’t give us any idea on budget. Unwilling to take it through to CDC stage in case it becomes better to sell up and move. Anyone have any insight on whether better to move or do the Reno? Existing house in pink outline (two storey)
