if you’re a weak person can you still apply the “I have no enemies” mindset in your life?

how do you study chess to get actually good? i’m 1500 on chesscom rapid but I’ve been stuck at the same level of chess for awhile with no improvement. How do you guys get better at chess? how do you “study” chess?
