I'm based in Michigan and was initially told I'd have to mail my application to Chicago or drive 5+ hours. But I recently found out the Detroit ICAC (333 W. Fort St, Suite 100) opened in August 2025 and falls under CGI Chicago's jurisdiction.

Has anyone successfully done a PCC appointment in person at Detroit instead of mailing it to Chicago? Would love to hear if it worked smoothly and how long processing took.
