Exercises don't help?

It's not severe but I had carpal tunnel for over a year now. I've worn splinters, did execercises and etc. I was fine for the most part. It only hurt when I pushed my wrist too hard. But for the past week, the pain is different. It doesn't ache or go numb anymore, it just hurts. It stings like a knuckle you can't crack and whatever I try doesn't work. What do I do? 🤔
