There have been complaints about how stiff the buttons are on the Expert batteries, requiring alot of force in some cases and not pressing at all unless you fully cover the entire surface.

In last night's livestream one of the Bosch trainers finally acknowledged this issue at timestamp 7:50 (https://youtu.be/6CT08\_sqZwA?t=469) and advise you to contact the service department.

Apparently this issue is with earlier batches of the Expert batteries, ones manufactured Feb 2026 and onwards have a small revision that fixes this.

But of course when I contact the service department, they fail to acknowledge the issue and say that it is completely normal and not a fault...
