Trainers Pointing
Was scrolling through Facebook when I saw this photo of the trainer pointing. A few, but not all, of the trainers at my gym do this when working individually with someone. I assume it is motivational - a visual cue to ‘keep moving towards this goal’? Any better insight on the purpose of the pointing?
