How do new subreddits actually start growing?

I recently started a subreddit and I’m not trying to self-promote it here, but I’d genuinely love advice from people who’ve grown communities before.

What actually helps a new subreddit start getting engagement in the beginning? Any tips, mistakes to avoid, or things that worked for you would be super appreciated.

Has anyone used HeyOrca for social media planning?

I’ve been using mostly Sprout to plan my social media content (both for the agency I work with and some clients work) and it works, but it’s starting to feel a bit messy as things grow.

I recently started looking into tools and came across HeyOrca, but before jumping in I wanted to ask if anyone here has used it and what your experience has been like. Does it actually make things more efficient? Any downsides?

I’m mainly trying to find a better way to stay organized and make collaboration smoother without overcomplicating things. Would love to hear real experiences before I commit.

I've been using Canva pretty regularly and after Canva Create I'm curious what people actually think about the new AI features. A lot of their AI tools look amazing in demos, but in my experience the results can be pretty hit or miss once you try them yourself. I haven't had time to test the latest updates yet, are they actually useful, or still a bit overhyped?
