I had a claim closed yesterday, and since yesterday it said that a letter had been generated and would be mailed out, but I can’t see it in the app or on the website yet. It chose all previous letters, but not this one for the clothes claim. Is there a reason I’m not seeing it yet or does it take a while for the letter to generate within the website or app?
