Happy Sunday! As we all know, RVA renting can be a nightmare. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience renting from John Fitzhugh aka Bellona Farms?

I’ve been seeing his properties on Zillow but have never heard of them. They seem like decent apartments and I’m wondering if there’s a catch.
