I'm not a salesman — and that's exactly my problem. I offer solid commissions and residuals to bring in new clients, but I just can't find a good salesperson. Not a motivation issue, not a money issue. I genuinely can't find someone who actually knows how to sell.
I'm a creative guy. I make social media content for local businesses — professional videos, images, branded posts. Good at what I do, clients stick around. But I can't produce the work and chase new clients at the same time.
How did you find a rep that actually worked out? Any thoughts?
