Hi everyone, I’m 21 years old and about a year ago, I had a lapse in judgment in which I was charged with misdemeanor theft/petty larceny after I tried to steal from a retail clothing store. The case was dismissed and i paid back the amount of the item and did community service hours and I’ve never been in any type of trouble before or after the incident. Will I most likely need a moral waiver and if so what are my chances of getting approved? Thank you in advance
