My dilemma is I’m getting 2 cats (next month) from a no kill shelter in Oklahoma that drive cats across the country (I’m in Colorado) to their forever homes… I put down deposit for 2 cats and then while I was talking to the Colorado chapter manager, I found out the cats were in different foster homes.
They will be my first cats and I’m high key freaking out because how do I introduce these cats first of all to a whole new human parents? (myself), city, apartment and routine (I’ll keep the diet, litter and treats they are used to) and also introduce them to each other? I’ve talked to their foster moms and they are both quiet, shy girls so I’m even more nervous because I don’t want the presence of another cat to set either of them off… I need advice please… Thank you for any advice in advance, I’ll read through when I wake up because I just got off work…
