Any suggestions or things my group of five should be aware of? We have never camped up north, all of us being Texans. I assume it will be cold... lol. We were also hoping to hike at Surprise and Amphitheater lake? Will they be open those dates? Any advice or suggestions will help! Lamar Valley is also one of the main reasons for the trip. Loved seeing wildlife there. Thank you all!
