[Research Survey] Has a healthcare provider ever asked you about social isolation? (U.S. Adults, anonymous, 5 min, undergraduate public health research)

[Mod Approved]

Hi everyone!

I’m an undergraduate public health student at the University of Maine at Presque Isle studying whether healthcare providers routinely screen for social isolation during clinical encounters.

People managing chronic conditions like MS who see healthcare providers regularly are exactly who this research hopes to hear from. Your experience navigating the healthcare system is incredibly valuable to this study.

The survey is completely anonymous, takes approximately 5 minutes, and is open to U.S. adults age 18 or older. No identifying information is collected.

Limitations: This is a convenience sample recruited online. Results will be used as part of an undergraduate academic research paper.

I’m open to any questions. Thank you!
