I have this one class In which I haven’t gotten my grade back and I just wanted to find out what’s the deadline for lecturers to release grades

My graduation date is June 15th and the tickets just opened yesterday but when I go on ticket master it says I need a code and I have no idea where to get the code can someone please explain to me how this works?
