Good evening! Earlier in the year we purchased a Timbercreek Highland oak. We’re still awaiting the trim out process and underpinning. Our hold up has been a porch drain. I get now any water that may come up on our inset porch needs to go somewhere hence a porch drain.
We got a email saying the porch drain was completed and the underpinning can begin. I went to take a look and this is what they have done. Now to me this isn’t doing nothing. Though I could be missing something. Has anyone had to have a porch drain in this group and what did they do to set it up? I want to make this the right way before the underpinning goes in.
