Hard weighted pull up plateau
I've been on 45lbs for 7 for 8 months now. The weight just doesn't get any lighter. When I add 2.5lbs, my reps drop to 5-6 and stay there. Everything except lateral raises and weighted pull ups has been progressing okay, but pull ups feel just as heavy as the session before.
There's a LOT of different programs out there and I don't know if I should swap to one of them and risk wasting my time.
