I wanna go to a university for first year but it’s too expensive for me to complete the whole thing, so can I apply to Cambridge (while enrolled in first year at a university)? I’m not saying apply for a transfer, i mean a whole new application into 1st year for Cambridge? (My parents are basically making me to go the expensive uni for one year and then reapply since they think itll look good on my CV). the other option for me is to just take a gap year and reapply normally, but I think my parents are willing to sacrifice Cambridge for the sake of tsking one academic year at my uni and reapply to a lower ranked uni (like UCL or something).
for context, Cambridge is cheaper for me than the university I would be enrolled in for first year, like significantly cheaper, so that’s why I need to reapply.
