Retraining options
Hi all
Currently 25 and have been sort of working in rather dead-end admin positions for the last couple years and while I've enjoyed doing it, I'm trying to weigh up my options and look at different courses I could use to career shift. I have experience in marketing, payroll, project management, etc but none of it seems to be standing out anymore when I apply to places
I've been looking at CIPD courses, even though my main consensus from HR people I've spoken to seems to be "Don't bother right now." Would be open to any and all advice you could give on potential qualifications to chase regarding changing careers. I have a bachelors and a masters in arts related subjects and I have considered just going down the PHD route but I'd like to be able to get something stable.
