I’m planning to surprise my wife with her dream shoes — a pair of Christian Louboutin Iriza 100mm. I really want to get it right the first time, but I’m totally intimidated by Louboutin sizing.
I’ve been reading reviews online and the opinions are all over the place. Some say go true to size (TTS), some say size up by half, and others say size down because the d'Orsay cut makes the heel slip.
I know her foot length. It’s exactly 23.5 cm / 9.25 inches.
Her feet are slightly on the average/wide side.
For those of you who own the Iriza 100s, what size would you recommend based on this? Should I strictly follow the official size chart, or do I need to adjust?
Any advice from seasoned Louboutin owners would be massively appreciated. Trying to save myself from the heartbreak of an ill-fitting gift (and the hassle of returns).
