Not here to bait a political fight, I am trying to understand whether this is a responsible “development + water security” move (in providing Bundelkhand water and improving farming), in cost of harming ecological sensitive landscapes including Panna Tiger Reserve (wildlife clearance) + 10 villages + animal’s habitat disruption. You think our country government is capable of taking this kind of scaled project given that we already struggle to keep many of our existing rivers clean and livable place livable.
