Need advice on a niche topic. My mother was in a physically, emotionally and financially abusive household for more than 10 years. Now she has moved out of there, to Pune (her mother's place). Having been in a stressful environment for so long, one tends to internalise a lot of stress. The stress materialises itself into various physical problems as the body ages... I am looking for a doctor/therapist who would take this case seriously, who would be able to understand where the stress is 'stored' in the body and help with it, if you understand what I mean. Doctors/therapists, affordable or expensive, Marathi-speaking... Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
