So the bank I work at (Cadence) got bought out by Huntington Bank. What can I expect as I transition over to a Customer Experience Banker for Huntington? What does this role entail? Are we essentially glorified tellers? Do we receive incentives? Can I grow in banking in this role or do they tend to want to keep people on the teller line?
