1 laser limelight/ laser genesis 1 week post op

Literally worse than ever and all the same issues. Huge pores, PIE, melasma etc. idk what to do anymore. My skin breaks out with pretty much anything. I can only use benzoyl peroxide and some face reality products. What do I do to get glasslike skin. Thinking of trying a peel or microneedling.. needing advice. I can’t use niamcinamide. I am using azalaeic acid
