The company I work for recently replaced our air compressor which was an Atlas Copco. They decided to get a Kapa KQ11-8 VSD compressor this time. We started installing it today and got it to pressurize. When we try to go through the menu it keeps asking for passwords. We tried the normal factory passwords and even googled and tried other combinations.

Does anyone have any experience or know where we could find it? I checked the user manual, backside of the panel but haven’t had any luck. I scanned this QR code on the back which brought up a phone number and of course, it’s out of service lol.
