Tips for a fatty with a broken hand

So early april i gave myself a lovely boxers fracture, and obviously this halted my training and progress as I've spent 5 weeks now in a cast, sitting on my rear basically rotting away.
I am so so eager to get back into active life and will start training muay thai immediately when the cast gets removed in a couple days (non contact of course, i will just do what i can for the time being there).
What i am struggling with is what i will do in the gym now, as for 8 weeks i won't be allowed to lift, i still really want to go though and thought i could fill that void with other things that could help with muay thai and boxing, but i am not a pro and don't know too much about training techniques, i was hoping some of you more educated and experienced guys could throw a few excersises my way? Any advice is greatly appreciated:)
